Led a long-term Conversion Rate Optimization design initiative focused on improving lead generation performance across high-traffic acquisition channels. The engagement centered on rapid experimentation, validating hypotheses, and systematically scaling what works.

Over the course of the project, we designed and executed a high-volume testing program aimed at uncovering incremental gains that compound into meaningful business impact.

Problem

The company had strong traffic acquisition but conversion performance across landing pages and funnels was inconsistent and not fully optimized.

Key challenges included:

  2. Slow iteration cycles between idea, design, and release
